Terms of service

These terms are between you, the Shopify store that installs AK Chat Feed & Pixel, and me, the developer who makes and runs it. Installing or using the app means you accept them.

What the app does

It sends your Shopify catalogue to your OpenAI Ads account as product feeds and sends your store's visits and purchases to it as conversion events, using the keys you give it, and reports what your ads cost and sold. It is not made by, endorsed by or connected with OpenAI; your ads, their review, their delivery and their cost are between you and OpenAI under your own agreement with them.

Your part

You keep your OpenAI Ads account and keys current, check your campaigns and spend in Ads Manager, and look at the Products page when the app tells you a product needs a fix. You decide what your store's cookie banner asks shoppers, and the app follows the answer Shopify records.

Plans and billing

Plans are shown, billed and changed through Shopify, and charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Prices can change. There are no refunds.

No guarantee

I work to keep the app correct and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect losses (including ad spend, ad results or OpenAI's service), and my liability for anything else is limited to what you paid for the app in the three months before the problem.

These terms can change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
